Drinking Water
Tap water at the dome is clean and potable, but with a slight chlorine taste/odor. For drinking water, there is a high-tech gravity-fed Berkey filter in the kitchen. Water is poured into the upper chamber, and filtered through two black filters into the lower chamber. The filtration process takes about 30 minutes.
Before filling the upper chamber, empty the lower chamber into a water jug. Otherwise, the lower chamber can overflow. You should find two jugs in the kitchen, one for clean filtered water (blue) and one for filling the upper chamber (red):
Hot Water and Bathtub
The on-demand hot water system never ‘runs out’. BUT, hot water takes a long time to reach the kitchen sink. And in the bathtub, run the hot water at HALF VOLUME, so as not to overload the heating element.
A small knob on the shower post controls the water flowing to the shower head versus the hand spray. See the pic:

To reprime the filters, use the filter primer gasket hanging on the post behind the filter. Remove the filters, and then press the gasket to the filter nozzle, and the press the other side of the gasket to the sink faucet. Run water into the filter until the filter surface starts to ooze water droplets (for about 5 seconds). More info is at Priming the Berkey Black Filters.
