We accept direct bookings through our website via credit card (using a secure Stripe payment gateway). We charge

  • 4.2% booking fee
  • 5.8% county lodging tax
  • $150 security deposit (the deposit is authorized to your card, but no funds are deducted unless required for compensation of damages)

You may wish to consider traveller’s insurance if you are concerned about your security deposit. See Guest Traveller’s Insurance Options.

    PaymentFull payment must be made within 24 hours of acceptance of your booking. Payment to include a cleaning fee and local taxes. An invoice will be provided.*
    RefundsFull refund is given for cancellations within 48 hours of booking but only up to 14 full days prior to checkin time; 50% refund is given for cancellations up to 14 full days prior to checkin time; no refund is given for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of checkin or for early departures).*
    Security DepositA security deposit of $150 will be authorized against your credit card but will not appear on your statement unless drawn upon (funds must be available leading up to and during your visit).*
